Cotswolds Designer Outlet is Now Open
On Wednesday, we officially opened our gates for the first time for the much-anticipated Preview Week.
The only major retail destination opening in the UK in 2025, our stunning venue has been thoughtfully designed to reflect everything that makes the region so special, and we’ve brought that same level of care to every aspect of the in-store experience. From innovative layouts and store designs to exceptional customer service and family-friendly features, we’ve worked hard to ensure every visit is memorable.
Our official opening period began on Wednesday 16th July and runs through Sunday 27th July, featuring a fantastic line-up of exclusive events and special offers. It’s a two-week celebration designed to give visitors a first look experience of the UK’s stylish new retail destination.
Inside, you’ll find a hand-picked collection of curated retailers from iconic names like BOSS and Rituals to Hobbs and Sweaty Betty alongside much-loved local favourites including KNEAD Bakery and The Patisserie Box, serving up irresistible treats.
We’ve designed the outlet with the whole family in mind. With indoor and outdoor play areas, accessible family-changing facilities, and even thoughtful touches for your four-legged friends, there’s something here for everyone. Our Guest Services Hub is also ready to welcome you with a friendly, knowledgeable team, ensuring you have a smooth and enjoyable experience as you explore, shop and relax.
Bringing this retail destination to life has been a long-term vision, and we’re excited to finally share it with you. At the heart of the outlet is a vibrant mix of shopping and dining, including 200 Degrees Coffee serving the coolest brews and Zizzi, offering classic Italian dishes with a twist, plus a fantastic range of restaurants and cafés to suit every taste.
Nestled in the beautiful North Gloucestershire countryside, our outlet is easily accessible from the M5 at Junction 9, with immediate visibility from the A46.
We offer ample free parking, a large bank of EV charging stations, plus, on weekends and bank holidays, a shuttle bus service running every 30 minutes from Tewkesbury town centre, also stopping at Ashchurch railway station.
