Visiting us by bus couldn’t be easier. The local Number 71 bus stops less than 500m from our entrance, offering a convenient option for regular public transport users.

We also operate a weekend and bank holiday Shuttle Bus service, running between our site and Tewkesbury town centre, with stops at The Crescent outside Tewkesbury Abbey and the train station.
The Shuttle Bus is free from the Outlet for our Guests to enjoy Tewkesbury town centre and return if you spend over £20 on the day at the Outlet.
Simply present your receipts as proof to receive a free travel voucher for you and your group. It is also free to and from the train station.
The Shuttle Bus stop is on Loverose Way to the east of the Outlet (through car park C).
Journeys are otherwise £2 single or £3 return. English Local Authority Bus Passes are also accepted. Unfortunately we are not able to accept Welsh bus passes.
This service runs every 30 minutes throughout the day – from 30 minutes before we open until 30 minutes after we close.
Located at Guest Services, we offer a quiet room for those in need of a place to retreat.
Many stores host a Quiet Hour. These calm, considered periods create a serene environment for those who prefer a gentler shopping experience.
Experience a more relaxed and sensory-friendly environment during our quiet hour every Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
During this time, we aim to create a calmer atmosphere to support shoppers who prefer or need a quieter setting. Everyone is welcome to enjoy a more peaceful visit during this time.

Alongside our dedicated baby changing suite, a fully equipped Changing Places toilet is available nearby at Dobbies, offering advanced facilities for guests with additional needs. The opening hours of Dobbies differ from our own, so please check in advance.
We also have a dedicated area for feeding in the Family Room which is located at the Toilet Block between adidas and the Centre Management suite.

We have dedicated coach parking for guests of Cotswolds Designer Outlet. If you are interested in visiting us via coach, please get in touch with our team.
To support our guests with hearing impairments, hearing loop induction systems are available at a number of locations throughout the outlet.
Personal photography is of course allowed, though we ask all guests to respect and adhere to any requests by our security teams should they ask for photography to cease.
Guests should also be aware that at any time photographers may be on-site at Cotswolds Designer Outlet. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let the photographer know at the time.
All lost property found at Cotswolds Designer Outlet will be taken to Guest Services, where our team will securely store it.
