What we need you to do:

  • Develop and execute creative sales strategies by setting a shining example for your team and leading from the front.
  • Welcoming customers and nurturing a positive environment, providing customers with advice and demonstrations on products.
  • Inspire your team to achieve ambitious results with a customer-first attitude.
  • Make the store sparkle with eye-catching merchandising.
  • Build strong local connections with neighbouring stores and centre management to create the best environment for shoppers.
  • Working shoulder to shoulder with the Store Manager, supporting the store’s day-to-day upkeep and working proactively to ensure the store’s success – managing the store in the Store Manager’s absence.

What we need from you:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Store Supervisor/Assistant Manager in a bustling retail environment.
  • Able to work your way around IT systems and Microsoft Office packages.
  • Driven and committed to smashing financial goals.
  • Strong leadership and a knack for mentoring and influencing.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, always ready to think outside the box.
  • A true team player with a we’re all in it together mindset.
